Good Food Resilience Toolkit – Impact Hub King’s Cross

As part of its Feeding the City Accelerate Programme, Impact Hub King’s Cross, funded by the Connect Fund, developed a toolkit offering a roadmap for impact-led food and drinks businesses to build resilience and better deal with major challenges. Drawing on lessons learned and experience working with businesses hit by Covid-19 and Brexit, it is designed to be used by businesses themselves, and also by the ecosystem players who support them, including business support providers and social investors.

The toolkit explores the initial and ongoing impacts of both Brexit and Covid-19, highlighting examples of how businesses’ have and can respond to different challenges. These responses and the insights gathered can be used to prevent and prepare for future business challenges, enabling entrepreneurs and their teams to think about how they can build their business’s resilience in advance of any future crisis – small or large.
